A Company with Global Perspective and Strong Determination
With dramatic and rapid changes happening in the world, the market for our petroleum products—lubricants and additives—faces constant changes. It is near impossible to predict even a month ahead let alone 6 or 12 months ahead. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Ukranian War, and economic decoupling making the headlines, variables such as availability of resources, market conditions of the industries, and political and economic developments around the world are intertwined in a complex way to make it extremely difficult to predict the future. It is our strong determination to work in that environment with the vision of Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the United Nations.

In order to fulfill our responsibility to procure and supply the necessary raw materials for our customers, JSD is committed to acting as the hands, feet, and eyes for our customers to quickly ascertain small changes in the market, while having our eyes fixed on the big picture, as we continue to make contributions in the lubricant oil industry which is foundational to all industries. We also cooperate with onsite workers to offer the best products and technology for their lubricant, hydraulic and turbine oils in order to achieve optimal use of oil resources.

Bearing in mind that oil is a limited resource, we at JSD propose more thorough management of lubricant oil. Through this, we hope to make a small contribution to keeping Japan a place where future generations can dream big for the future.
